“30-minute Exercise to Release Stress is an effective, multistage class that begins with high-energy exercises and ends in a heart-focused, relaxing meditation! Our kids are practicing meditation on their own and coping much better with anxiety after just a few classes.

Benefits of Meditation:

SELF-CONTROL​: Increases emotional control in children (emotional self-regulation)
HEALTH: Increases positive emotions which improves mental and physical health
BOND: Enhances the bond between kids and parents when practiced as a family (Parents are encouraged to participate in classes)
COPE: Helps children deal more effectively with difficult emotions such as anxiety, worry and fear
Although we have seen results after even just one class, a consistent practice will maximize these benefits.
